Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum, always.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you'd like to order from outside the U.S., contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually update it before the order ships, but not after it has left our facility.
