Our 30-Day Money-Back Promise

We want you to love your INNERSLF deodorant. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery — even if the tube has been opened and used.

How to request a refund

Email innerslf.io@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order number and a brief note about why it wasn't right for you. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your product to. To receive your refund, the product must be shipped back to us.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and will provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

Inner Circle subscription orders are covered by this same 30-day promise. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting us.
